Kim has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2013, bringing her passion for connection and communication to the City of Trees Real Estate team. With a BA in Communications from the University of Idaho, Kim has a strong foundation in understanding and working with different personalities, and she loves using tools like the DISC assessment to build meaningful relationships.
As a proud mother of two daughters and a newly blended family with a stepdaughter and stepson, Kim’s family life is rich and vibrant. She and her husband, who works as a construction manager at Berkeley Building, enjoy caring for their garden, tending to their goats, chickens, and free-roaming cat, and tackling home improvement projects on their older house.
In her free time, Kim loves outdoor adventures, especially boating on Black Canyon Reservoir or rafting the Payette River in the summer. When the weather cools, she enjoys hiking in the foothills, and in the winter, you can find her skiing and keeping the woodpile stacked. A lifelong resident of the community, Kim grew up in West Boise and has lived in Eagle for about 20 years. She treasures the small-town feel of the area, with its growing number of activities and restaurants to explore.
Kim is also passionate about giving back, regularly volunteering alongside her husband for workdays at the WCA and attending events like St. Luke’s Kid for a Night. Kim’s warmth, communication skills, and deep-rooted connection to the community make her an invaluable asset to the City of Trees team.
